Complimentary WiFi and access to on-site laundry facilities.
Utilities (electricity, water, heating/cooling).

Access to shared common areas like waiting areas and restrooms, which are cleaned weekly.
Ongoing business coaching and support to help you grow your brand.

Can I customize my suite?

Absolutely! Each tenant receives a $1,000 customization budget to personalize their suite. This allows you to create a space that reflects your brand and makes your clients feel at home. Any customizations beyond the budget will be at the tenant’s expense, but we’re happy to provide guidance on approved modifications.

What support do you provide for suite owners?

We’re dedicated to your success! We offer:

Business coaching and guidance to help you attract clients, grow your revenue, and manage your suite effectively.
A supportive community of like-minded beauty professionals.
Marketing resources, such as professional photos of your space and social media tips, to promote your business.

What happens if I need to terminate my lease early?

You must provide written notice as outlined in your lease agreement.
An early termination fee will apply, depending on the remaining lease duration.
Security deposits may be forfeited if the terms of the lease are not met. We’re happy to discuss your situation to find the best possible solution.
