Can I customize my suite?​
Absolutely! Each tenant receives a $1,000 customization budget to personalize their suite. This allows you to create a space that reflects your brand and makes your clients feel at home. Any customizations beyond the budget will be at the tenant’s expense, but we’re happy to provide guidance on approved modifications.

What happens if I need to terminate my lease early?​

You must provide written notice as outlined in your lease agreement.

An early termination fee will apply, depending on the remaining lease duration.
